You can do this in Picasa, apply the Tint button under effects until you get the desired amount, the click on the Tuning tab and drag the Color Temperature all the way to the right, you can click on the Effects Tab and then back to Tuning to drag the Color Temperature again if you want a darker sepia. I love the Antique Post Card feel of it...what do you think?
